Getting into the Venue

The Palace Theatre entrance is located on the street level of Broadway and 47th Street with 47-50 Rockefeller Central and 49 Street stations only a short walk away. There is access to the Rear Mezzanine and Balcony via an elevator with wheelchair access available for the Orchestra, Mezzanine and Balcony. The only rows in the theater that do not require walking upstairs are Mezzanine Rows O to P and Balcony Row H. Wheelchair spaces and seating are available, however, there is limited availability, so be sure to book these in advance to avoid disappointment. The theater also has seats with folding armrests that are offered to guests with limited mobility.

Customer Assistance

The Palace Theatre is committed to giving accessible customers a great experience. Representatives from the theater will meet any guests with disabilities in the lobby to escort them to their designated seats. Animals are not permitted into the theater, however, an exception is made for guide dogs and service animals. You’ll need to contact the theater directly before arriving to make them aware that a service animal will be attending the performance.

Wheelchair accessible restrooms are located on floors 2 through 6.

For d/Deaf and hard of hearing patrons the theater offers headsets for sound augmentation free of charge. They do require photo identification as a deposit, so ensure you’re equipped before arriving.
