Stalls Guide

The Stalls are the largest section in the theatre, divided by a large central aisle that runs from Row A to Row V. The section is deep, offering a variety of views. Due to the height of the stage, the front rows are sometimes discounted due to audience members having to crane their necks. These seats are an excellent way of seeing a show for a bargain, although footwork will be missed.

Seats towards the ends of rows F-H are usually discounted due to the curve of the seating which can cause side views of the stage. Premium seats are in rows H-L seats 13-23, although similarly good views can be found either side of these for a fraction of the price.

The Dress Circle overhang affects the rear of the Stalls, but this does not necessarily have an impact on the enjoyment of the production. Visibility is even good towards the end of each row, with these seats offering the most legroom. Although the rear of the Stalls can feel distant, the overhang does not cut off too much and good views can be found here for bargain prices.

Bars

The Stalls bar is 15 steps down from the rear of the Stalls, with seating available. Staff are able to bring drinks into the auditorium on behalf of patrons who are unable to access the bars.

Toilets

Men’s and Women’s toilets can be found on this level. An adapted unisex toilet is also available, located next to the Allington Street accessible entrance. The adapted toilet is locked and can be opened by staff, who carry RADAR keys.
